VJ STROKENFOLD
It's your ole buddy VJ STROKENFOLD here, and I just returned from a night of Industrial music over at Blondie's in Detroit. Back on the road again are the Lords of Acid and My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult. Taking it back to the 90's with their Sextreme tour. A break off from the golden days when both groups went out for the SEXTACY tour something that made MDMA fun.
Praga Kahn, one of the creators of industrial music culture has banded together a new cast of characters that includes a reality star and a brand new band. Before we get anymore into LOA it was time for Groovy, Buzz and Levi to hit the stage.
Taking it back to the old Chicago Rave days the show was more back to basics focusing on the music. The vibe, the lights, made me feel like the good old days at the leather bar on Halstead street. I did miss miss the hot lil front singer Pepper from the last show, but very glad TKK could come out and represent.

LEVI LEVI

I am Groovyman no lip syncing here.
Well it was finally time for the LOA's show to start. So let's first refresh your brains on whose in the band.

Ex (Society One) drummer Kirk Salvador sits in.

M3 on bass from Powerman 5000.

Sin Quirin on guitar from The Ministry and Revco & someone who is becoming a regular in the Dungeon.
Finally filling the shoes of all the sirens in the past who have graced the stage with Praga Khan.
Miss Lacey Conner on vocals. Lacey is known for her stint on the reality show Rock of Love you know the show with the guy that from the 80's with the bandana so tight it's caused him to almost hemorrhage to death. Besides looking good on the tellie Lacey has earned her chops singing with Nocturne who has toured with PIGFACE and Genitorturers.

If your going to sing songs about Sex, Bondage and Dysfunction the red hair works well.

Praise The LORDS the crowd seems to be digging it so far. Now the big question is can Lacey sing Scroob bi U and Spank my Booty and really mean it. Let's go to the camera phone video to see.
Spank my Booty live/ camera phone

I'm Fucking Beautiful.

The show is so hot that SIN has broke another string.

So what do you think so far? Pretty Rip N Praga.

As we all slowly faded back into the dark night. Praga Khan
took us back to the early 90's and what the feeling was all about.
Many Kudos to you Praga and the new band that really rips. Thanks also to My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult for keeping the music alive. We look forward to seeing you again real soon.
